I want to know what great live shows people have seen at Amoeba over the years. Mine would include Grandaddy, Sonic Youth, Cranes, Elliott Smith, Savage Republic, The Soft Boys, The Polyphonic Spree and TV On The Radio.

        I can't believe I missed Joe Strummer, Elliot Smith, Sonic Youth.. Bummer. Also just missed Lhasa last week. Did anyone see her? Only shows I've seen there were Vetiver and Camper Van Beethoven. Both excellent. Amoeba..the bad, for my wallet, but oh so good addiction that shows no sign of letting up. New listening stations too. Oy vey.
