Actually, i work there. And i know for a fact that there are many guys working here who would like to be attained by someone like you. They are mostly music dorks and are probably intimidated. Give 'em that look your wearing on the stairs there, but with a slight smile (that's to make them feel suddenly warm in the pants), and then the smily one against the wall (that's to quickly disarm the situation). Then ask them for help with something - every once in a while use that stairs look. If you're getting any good vibe then ask them if the're in a band - most of them are - or what local music they like to go to - all of us do that. If they don't take the hint then they're just being dumb. Hey, be bold. Some of us guys need girls to do that.
